50 Electric Injection Variable Displacement Pump

The electric control part adopts well‑known brand products, including Leadshine motors, Weintek HMI, and high‑quality brand PLCs. All parameters can be set via the human‑machine interface for simple and quick operation.

This product adopts dual closed‑loop motor control. Its external structural parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, with high‑precision alumina ceramic as the core component. The screw stroke controls the injection volume with an accuracy up to ±0.5%. It features wear resistance, good sealing performance, and strong corrosion resistance.

The injection pump consists of two parts: an electric control box and a pump body. The core valve spool of the pump body is elaborately made of alumina ceramic material, featuring wear resistance and long service life. Its structural components are made of national standard 304 stainless steel, and the key sealing part adopts polytetrafluoroethylene material with no additional sealing ring required, providing excellent sealing performance and strong corrosion resistance.
