Casting and Forging Capacity
We own professional manufacturing workshops that are capable of supplying precision mechanical parts, custom industrial components, heavy equipment accessories and high-strength alloy parts respectively.
- With one process, we are capable of achieving;
- precision machining of parts up to 12000mm,
- the maximum heat treatment workpiece of 500t,
- the largest rough machining component of 600t,
- the highest strength alloy structural parts of 300t,
- the heavy duty assembly workpiece of 400t,
- and the full inspection of large castings and forgings.
Fabrication capacity
Our standardized intelligent workshop supports stable mass production of filling, oil injection, labeling and testing equipment up to 6,000 pcs per hour, and provides customized non-standard assembly line solutions.
Machining capacity
Our precision machining workshop is equipped with high‑performance CNC processing equipment, imported pneumatic and electric components, professional calibration instruments and full‑set testing devices, to ensure high accuracy, stability and consistency for each piece of equipment.
Full-process intelligent manufacturing assembly
We implement integrated assembly, precise adjustment, continuous operation testing, safety verification and quality inspection throughout the entire production flow. Every procedure is strictly controlled to ensure high stability, excellent durability, ultra-high precision and reliable long-term performance for all automated equipment.
